Exhaust systems, Intake Box comparisons?

Does anyone have information or data of what HP gains can be expected when installing a exhaust system and air box from the different manufactures. I plan on leaving the stock headers and going with a rear system and x pipe combo, Thanks.

There is little to nothing to be had by going to a aftermaket catback, besides sound. The major restriction in the OEM exhaust is the 4 cats. Changing them out to a single highflow cat on each side will net you around 20whp. Adding longtubes to that should get you ~10-15whp more.

CAI's have been covered NUMEROUS times. i'd suggest you do a search to see what everyone recommends. You're not gonna see more than a few HP difference between all of them though.
