Question on Tunes and emissions

Warranties aside, When a vehicle is tuned and the 02 sensors are ignored will the state emissions OBD2 test show not ready or will it show as OK on their scanner?
I want a tune, but not if I won't pass the emissions because it shows not ready. In AZ they will plug the diagnostics into the OBD2 port and if everything is OK on the system then nothing else is done...

Thx for the input.

Assuming you mean the rear o2's, the monitors will still complete as they don't get tested. The fronts are a different story though.

With the right tuning you can pass any readiness test out there.I've tuned full open loop car to pass no problem -meaning they had no MAF,no 02's at all.

Yeah I mean the rear o2's. I could care less about the light being on, just will need to pass emissions down the road. Thx for the responses.

If you have a check engine light on your car will not even be checked. A CEL in NJ is an automatic failure. However, you can get tuned and have no CEL and no problems.

I am well aware of this. I also know that unless tuned properly they CEL will be off but the 02 system will show not ready, in which case you fail the test.... I want to be sure that a custom tune will show the entire system as running normal and completely ignore the rear 02's as if they are getting correct readings.
