Thumbs down Would you recommend a vasectomy

If you got one do you ever have any problems or side effects. I have heard of testicle pain and such. Kinda scares me a little.

No problems after 10 years.

Just ask for Versed (side effect is memory loss) and get a bag of frozen peas. Do it on a Friday and watch football all weekend. Just no jumping up and down and kicking the TV.!

I would like to hear real world testimonies. And yes I need to go see my doctor. He did say he would give me some type of medicine that would make me loopy during the procedure.

You won't feel a thing if the doc is any good. Do it on a Friday and take it easy as mentioned above. You won't have any side effects, fella.

12 years now and still shooting blanks...
...REAL peace of mind.
I did mine in conjunction with an Inguinal Hernia repair - which was far more painful.

Yes, if I had known what I know now I'd got mine at 12... jk I love my son, but dang parenthood is challenging (no problems, just take it easy for a few days).

Depends if you like BUD or BUD LIGHT....

Seriously though, almost went that path, then the wife needed a surgery (that seems to be more common with women now) that eliminated the need.

For some people I do think they should get one before they have kids so we don't have anymore dumbasses than we already have walking this earth. LOL Kidding

I wish scotty on this one. My wife needed to go in for some work so he just had it taken care of on her end at the time.

I've had it done twice! That's right...had a reversal after a second marriage and the reversal was far more painful. Getting the snip snip is a walk in the park. As another member said, get it done on a Friday, get yourself some frozen peas and pay per view movies for the weekend and you'll be fine bro.

Things like that can be reveresed if the desire strikes -- unwanted pregnancy can not (well...)
