Lightbulb Facepalm, touchscreen fail

We have a touch-screen monitor, which isn't always 100% reliable.

Just now, my cursor started freakin out and clicked on a couple things on things I didn't want it to- minimizing and maximizing my windows in a random order for no apparent reason, (etc) and I couldn't maintain control of the cursor. So naturally, I figure the comp is wiggin out, and attempt to restart. Just as I'm about to succeed, I find the culprit.

A gnat, barely visible against the toolbar had been bouncing across the screen along the bottom, taking control of my pointer via the touch feature...

Thought I'd share, you're welcome.

Unfortunately, I can guarantee no refunds for time spent reading this post, or compensation for any wasted moments of precious life spent reading this post.

Don't forget (Copyright). That's a loophole right there.

None of that works, when you signed up for the forum, you gave away all your rights to the board owners, anything to type or upload is their property.

Eat some candy first, might be low sugar.

Funny you say that, I know a lady who had a softball sized one taken out of her head just behind the ear, and you could not see it from the outside.

When your cursed, your cursed.

Plus I know all that stuff owning a motorcycle forum where folks often post up copywrited stuff like pages from a shop manual. Which then pushes the legal troubles off on me, and why the site is non-profit, educational use only, supported by user donation. So like a Library who will let ya copy any book at 10cents a page and get away with it scott free claming public use.

I almost wish I could claim I don't own what is posted.

But like myspace, all stuff posted is stored in my database.
[which all forums have, hard copies of said content.]
