Wonder if they would let me put that on the windshield of my police car??? Cause half the time they don't move for the lights anyway.

I dislike the term they call themselves "Left Lane Drivers" as if going faster means they can use the lane all they want.

The law in most states is keep right except to pass. That means, even if you're going faster, you don't just stay in the left lane. You pull back into the right lanes when there is room.

I hate those that just camp in the left lane, whether they are going slow OR fast.

I was on the I-17 truck route connecting to I-10 today and had the same issue too.

If you are going 5 mph over you will consistantly continue to pass, if you find someone driving in the left lane it's gonna annoy you. This is a cool way to get your point across.

Driving a sports car I tend to drive a bit faster than normal. Do you find yourself exceeding the posted speed limits too?

Remember though, even if you're going 5 mph over, there's someone else that may be doing 5-10 over. Meaning, if you have room to pull out of the left lane, do it. ALWAYS. Whether someone is behind you or not. If you're doing 5-10 over, there's someone doing 10-15 over.

In other words, it doesn't matter how fast you are going. If you are not in the process of passing, you pull over.

only problem is most of the people here that drive slow never look in their mirror and probably can't read . Even if they did see it.... it would take them 10 minutes to sound out the words before they'd pull over

I just created this video...I figure this needs to be seen by the whole world. Maybe everyone will watch this and then know how to drive (or not drive) in the left lane...

edit: redid the video to add sound...

Very good video Steve. I hope someone takes this and uses it in their driver's ed classes. That should be required viewing for all trying to get a driver's license.

Now, if they could somehow invent a sticker that can be either opaque white or clear at the flick of a switch, I would be willing to stick that on my windshield.

I'm not going to go out of my way to put this massively hideous sticker on my windshield just to remind a handful of idiots that they're holding up the show...
