This is a stand-up company!!!!! I purchased the SS conversion kit for my 2LT/RS last Friday....short story is I was cut off driving and hit a car, have to replace the bumper, and the guy's insurance is paying for it.
So, I ordered the kit and Wednesday night it shows up.....very fast shipping for a large item like that. Unfortunately, a tab was broke off of the bumper, so this morning I called Patrick and told him. Before even talking about returning the damaged bumper, he said priority is getting me a new bumper and he'd deal with the damaged one later. It's very nice to know that some people still know how to do business and keep customer satisfaction as the number one priority. Needless to say, I'm extremely satisifed with the professionalism and care that Patrick and the rest of his company shows. If anyone is unsure of who to purchase this kit or anything else from, I can assure you that you'll be treated right here. Thanks again Patrick. Joe

Well consider me a customer for life.....if more companies operated like yours, we'd be living in a much better society. Really, hands down to you and your team...you're a true asset to any Camaro owner.

+1 From me, Never had nothing but "great" customer service from Patrick & Gene.. I agree if everyone showed the customer support and service as The GMParts house guys we would all be in good shape. But then I guess that would make it hard to decide where to buy from? Well I'll just continue buying from Gene/Pat... Thanks again guys for everything!!!

*Update*
Got the replacement bumper in on Wednesday, 4/20/11. It's in perfect shape and again, the shipping was extremely fast. Now I'm just waiting on my T3 ports/LEDs from Phastek and I'll have all I need to fix/upgrade my front end! Thanks again Patrick!!!!!!!
