Question Milwaukee area car storage facilities?

Hello Wisconsin folks! I am moving to your great state in the next couple of weeks. I will be living in Wauwatosa and the parking there is crazy tight. We will have to squeeze my DD, my girlfriend's car, and the upstairs neighbor's two cars into a ridiculously small area, and there is supposedly no on street parking. Therefore, I need to find someplace nearby to keep my Camaro.

We don't plan on staying in this place any longer than a year so I am hoping to sweat out paying for a storage facility; though the ones I have looked into seem pretty steep: between 100 and 150 a month. I stored it over the winter here in Grand Rapids and only paid 50/month.

So, I have a few questions: Do those rates seem reasonable and competitive to you? They obviously seem high to me. If they are what they are, I guess I will have to suck it up. Does anyone have some suggestions for storage facilities with better rates, or a place of their own we could cut a deal on?

I appreciate any help you folks can give! Thanks!!!!
