wheel rash

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or has already been covered. . .

I'm looking to put 20x9 wheels on all corners and came across a rear set of polished ones on craigslist. One has some pretty bad rash on it as shown in the picture. Can this be fixed? I know these have a coat of clear coat, so that's another thing to consider. Can a good wheel shop fix this? Can I fix this with the right tools? Any help and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

yes that can be fixed, My wife took a hammer to her rims and the vendor was able to fix it like you would have never know it was there. Cost was about 125$ per tire.

Wish I would have did a before and after picture of her 2008 jeep.

I used to use AWRS (hope it's OK to link their site, I'll remove if it's a problem) to repair wheels, they do a decent job, before you do it figure out how you want them painted as they can do it all.
