That was a great read.

I don't get into "Car Wars" (I hate Fords in general, not just Mustangs), but that was a nice read.

Read this, then saw the "FURD QUALITY IZ GUD" thing on CBS Early Show and just..fell off my couch laughing.

Yeah..and the whole "I can fit a half dollar into those trunk gaps" just.. Well, I guess it makes the "lolblandplastic" Camaro and "oosquishyvinylandpanelgaps" Mustang equals.

I was surprised about the negative comment about the manual tranny. Might make some people switch to an auto.

What i dont get, why is it alwasy the R/T... is it because the 09 SRT isnt out yet? or because the SRT is priced out of competition?

Did they mess up on the comparisons on the last page...

I thought the Challenger was the heaviest of the three...

I think they left out the SRT8 because it is embarassing that it costs 44k and the RT is about as fast.

SRT8 is $15,000 more than either the Camaro or the Mustang GT. You could just about get a Camaro and a Cobalt for the price of an SRT8.

You know, I was SURE they were going to figure out a way to give it to the Mustang until the end.

Dodge should give the R/T the same suspension and brakes as the SRT8. Maybe then this would be more of a fair fight.

I dont think he was talking about plastic interiors or panel gaps specifically, he was making note of how the testers made comments about the mustang's poor build quality (could've been a one in a million mistake), but nonetheless not too positive response regarding those details for the Ford
