Nitto NT05 Question

Guys, I am looking for a good set of rear tires to mount on my stock rims, basically looking for something that will hook better than the PZeros at the strip. Has anyone seen better 60ft times using the NT05's over the stock tires? Or should I get the Nitto NT555R? Thanks!

I'll tell u in a few days... Just installed mine an hr ago?

Edit: well now that I've got a chance to play with these on the road a little... They're ok on the street. They hold a little better than the PZeros and are alot softer. Im hoping to be at the track this weekend but well see what the weather does. If wear isn't as big of a deal to you as traction go with the 555R. That'll be my next rears.

NT05 are softer than Pirelli, but aren't really too great for drag racing. They are more of a road course and street performance tire. The NT555R drag radial is much better, but also wears out sooner.

The NTO5R is another good choice for the drag strip. The Nitto INVO is a good DD tire.

Thanks guys for the replies, they just don't make the NT05R in 275/40-20 from what I've seen.
