Bad Day! CAr Died.....

Was on my way to work and my car just shut off. No fuel pressure at rails. I was sitting at a stand still and it just went off. I was able to pull a U0109 code and checked my KB BAP and found a dead fuse. Its late and just got it towed back home so I will look in the a.m for anything that could have shorted but I know all my connections are 100% sealed and secured and was great for 5000+ miles. Anyone have a BAP take a dump? Can I take out BAP and start car without it?

Here are the specs...
Stock Motor, Kenne Bell 2.8LC, Kenne Bell BAP, Headers, cat back exhaust...

Well since I couldn't sleep, as soon as the sun popped up I went at it. The Kenne Bell Boost a Pump is fried.....NO shorts on my part its only a 4 wire hook up and my work was secure. I bypassed the BAP and car started right up with 54psi at the rails. NOw my question is, IS it safe to drive the car without a BAP as long as I don't go into boost or high RPM?

Stay out of boost and you should be fine.
