Applying Vinyl on Painted Spoiler

Quick question...Im looking at getting the MPD1 rear spoiler and want to buy it painted from the vendor. My question is, do they bake the paint or just spray it on and send it out? Cause i want to put the extended vinyl stripes on the spoiler but i heard before that you cant apply vinyl of a freshly painted part until like 90 days after unless its been baked any suggestions or input?

I have the prepainted and it's not the best work...

I recommend getting it without the paint and have it all done once delivered.
