It Took About 16 weeks Total. Have to Apply For Regular Plate At Dealer Then Go On Line And Apply for Personalized Plate It Tells If It Is Allowed And Will Direct You To Pay By Credit Card And Then It Takes For Ever To Get Plate In Mail. You Have So Many Days To Return The first Plate After You Get The Personal one. Takes A Wild But Finally Get It!
