forum time settings are wrong - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

forum time settings are wrong by 1 hr, I should be setting my option to eastern -5hr but I have to set it to atlantic -4hr for the times to display right in the forum.

My time is right.

Even though it says I'm in GMT, it's still right.
