The noise keeps getting worse and annoying! It's like a vibration/rattling noise coming from the back of the car. Like under the seat area. Could it be because they were tacked on and not fully welded?

Try welding them, maybe they came loose.

double check for things in the trunk? Anything in the spare tire well? Seats latched tight? Can someone ride in the back and try to narrow it down? How about with seats down? There was one guy with the loose rear 1/4 window...

Trunk is empty, spare tire compartment?? Dint kno lol, I just rode in the back and it seems to be coming right under the rear seat

Not familiar with the MRT but I know with the Flowmaster it was the pipe just close enough to the LCA, lower control arm and it would touch it ever so slight and tap it. When I put the car in Neutral or stop at a light it would do it and once I gave it the gas it was gone. Might check there to see how close the pipes are coming into contact with them.
