Engine Covers

I was looking at all the engine covers. An for some reason I like the V6 engine covers more than the V8. I might be alone on this one, but if Im paying extra for an engine cover of the same color as the car, I want the bulk of that cover to be the exterior color. Not the flat black. An in the case of the V8 only the sides of the cover are painted. But I would want the V6 cover to be fitted for the V8 engine of course. What do you guys think?

Just paint the thing the way you want it, thats what I'm going to do.
Why pay a premium for something you can do better, cheaper.

I Know, thats why I would want the V6 design to be fitted for the V8 engine
