Hey everyone! I'm about to get stripes on my black 2012 2ls and needed some opinions. First it was really hard because i was looking at EVERY color haha but ive narrowed it down to Red or Orange. And i'm getting the transformers 3 edition type stripes..to many people have the rally or mustang type..so i thought i'd go a little different. And the problem with orange is...i don't want it looking like a halloween car lol..LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK!! just need opinions..main focus is for the car to look badass and just stick out..turn heads(not that it already doesn't)

Of the 2 choices i would say red. of any color i would say blue.

Agreed. I'm actually getting blue stripes on my black Camaro sometime soon.

Blue on black does look pretty awesome. Thats probably what id go with. Otherwise, maybe red.

definitely red over orange.
2nd choice for me would be maybe a highly metallic silver or gold.

I think either would look good... please....the type of stripes are the ones that run down the side of the body( hockey stick or SS) or the ones that run down the hood and trunk (rally type)... please don't ever refer to them as Mustang type...

i know its not one of your color choices, but what about gold stripes.

not only should you go with ORANGE........ya need to get a custom plate that has "PUMKIN" on it!!!

Sounds like you are already decided on red. I say go with your gut feeling, you'll end up being happier with it long term.

I think you should send a PM to "Night Shades". He can design, cut, and ship pretty much anything you need. And since you're looking to be original, he's already got some nice designs.

Mine are being applied as we speak.

I know you said you have already narrowed to two colors, but I would go with silver if it was me, but to answer your question if I were you I would go red.

I am using blue stripes on my black camaro. Looks good. Only have the fender hash marks but you get the idea. Getting a new set soon as I screwed up one of the stripes and had to take it off. I contemplated doing the transformers stripes in blue but they were too expensive.
