Hello!
|
Something like this as well...there is always another way to add the front plate besides drilling holes in a perfect bumper!!

Is it cool if I throw in El Paso, TX ?
My family comes from El Paso and I try and go every summer. It's great going to the east to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Chicos Tacos anyone?

I live in Hacienda Heights, famous for the hills known as Turnbull Canyon and for Puente Hills Mall aka Twin Pines Mall from Back to The Future

LOL .. just joking .. btw .. I have also seen ones that will mount somewhere internal (behind the bumper) and places the License Plate in the position it would normally be in .. that way you don't have to drill holes .. Crowley

This gets my hopes up now that I don't need to have holes drilled.
So going by these pictures, I can mount the plate with some zip ties to the bottom front grill. Instead of where it's at in the picture on the top. I know the one I doctored is ugly. It's just an idea though. I don't know which looks better or where it might fit the best. |

I talked to the fantastic folks at Classic Chevrolet today and asked not to have the front plate holder installed. It didn't seem to be a problem and they would leave the thing in the trunk. However, I was reminded that it is state law to have a plate on the front of the car.
