I know that the only place I've seen it is in the custom Camaro that Paul Jr. just unveiled.

It's a pistol grip shifter made by Hurst. Pretty sure you can buy it as an accessory from them, or one without the trigger button.

I've been pondering getting roll control for my car, a shifter with a button and trigger would be the ticket.
