PROBLEM WITH 4 GAUGE

I just ordered a used four gauge cluster out of an SS and I'm trying to put it in my 2010 1LT/RS. All the threads I read said it's plug and play. It's not lighting up at all and I think I have a the necessary equipment for it. Here are the picture with the gauges and wires.

I just installed mine yesterday. Make sure all of the connectors snap in and are tight. If still problem persists, make sure all of the pins in the male connectors are straight...sometimes they get bent and do not connect.

Your pictures are not showing. And yes it should be plug and play. I purchased one for myself and it work right away. Is yours new or used?

Hopfully you will not have to contact the seller. So check the pins to make sure they are not bent as was just suggested. If thats not the problem its time to break out the multimeter to see whats going on.

With the Multimeter check both the gauge cluster connections and the connections on the car.
