Anyone know when the 2013 ordering starts?

I have a an order for a 2013, however I am not sure when the dealers will get their 2013 guide #s. Anyone? I read one of the threads and it seemed to indicate they would get them by today for todays ordering cycle, however when my dealer tried this morning it would not let him order. ???? They did get a 2012 which had already been sold and picked up #478. Thanks. GMconnects shows my order, but it is still at 1100.

I think they get there alocation this week and the DOSP cycle is the 17??? some thing like that.

I need to find out for sure too. I would pm becky I think I am going to just as a double check.

As per my resources here at GM, the tentative start of production for 2013 Camaro is mid-June 2012. This may be why the system didn't let the dealership order. It is still best to stay in touch with your dealership for further updates.

Trying to get one for a client at my dealership but I have no luck and my rep isn't any help.

Dealers are starting to get allocations, I talked to one the other day who is getting initial of 4 ZL1's. Another dealer I talked to yesterday is hoping to hear more from his ordering rep on either Monday or Tuesday. Not that i'm a dealer but I try and keep informed as much as possible on these cars.

My order #QHXJJR is with Starling Chevrolet/Cadillac. Not sure if they have allocations yet.

I believe that the larger volume dealers are being notified of thier intial allocations before the smaller dealers are. I have no proof of this, but just checking with a few that I've been in contact with it seems to be the pattern. Also remember that only about half of the intial MY 2012 allocations were meet and those remaining that will left unfilled will be carried over first on the MY 2013's. If your dealer was small and only had one MY 2012 allocation he may have to wait a few weeks before his first MY 2013 gets picked up by GM. Ask your dealer if did not get all his MY 2012 allocations.

I think it's just the larger dealers who got ZL1 allocations on the 10th. My dealer didn't get a ZL1 allocation this time around. Hopefully they will get an allocation in June and at least 1 in July.
