You need a screwdriver. Remove the old one, put the new on in it's place. It's really easy. Not sure I've seen pics or anything, but there are enough of us here that have done this we can get you straight if you run into issues.

Will I have to remove my intake? Or the MAS?

Remove, no. There is a rubber hose connecting your intake to your existing throttle body. Loosen, pull the old throttle body, disconnect the wire going to it, remove I think 4 bolts and pull the old one off. Put it back on, connect wire. Done. If you can change a tire you can do this.

Pay attention to the torque specs on the throttle body. Dont over do it.

If the throttle body has any instructions it should say "torque to xx lbs" or something similar. All it means is how tight the bolts need to be. Auto zone or something similar can loan you a small torque wrench and show you how to use it, or you might want to buy your own if you plan on doing any more mods

That is the term used for how much you tighten the bolts down. For a TB you will be fine if you simply get it to the point of where the bolts are just becoming tight then about another half turn. That is all. Don't crank them down until you cannot turn them anymore. You also do not want to just hand tighten the bolts and call it a day. I say this because i am doubting you have a torque wrench since you did not know what he meant by torque specs. Basically every bolt on your car has a specific torque spec. Some are VERY CRITICAL to follow such as head bolts. But a TB you will be fine if you do like i stated.

I believe the actual spec for TB bolts on the 5th gen is around 8-9ft lbs

You will need a 10mm socket. Helps with a small extender as well for the lower bolts.

Simply use a screw driver to loosen the hose band on the intake tube from the TB. Then unhook wiring harness from the TB. Remove the 4 bolts. Bolt down new TB. Hook up wiring harness then reattach the intake tube. Your done.

Installing a ported TB is fairly straight forward. Remove intake tube, remove 4 10 mm bolts, remove OEM TB, then install ported TB.

Hmm, seems very simple, basically all I need to do it take 4 10mm
Bolts out...then put then back in, "beside the bolt TQ thing"
But I'm sure I can do it, thanks for all the info guys,
I can't wait to get it done,

Yeah, definitely do NOT over-tighten them and break a bolt like I did the 2nd time around. Fortunately for me, there was enough threading sticking out to unthread it by hand with small pliers..
