Question Hard clutch on startup

Hi guys,

For the past 2-3 weeks, the clutch has gotten harder to press when I start the car. Most times, but not everytime (was fine this morning for example).

In the same time span, the clutch has been "sticky" 2 or 3 times while driving. By sticky I mean that it took longer springing back than it usually does (maybe a second?), although it did come back up by itself.

Any idea what could cause that?
I haven't driven the car hard in a long time, I had an oil change about a month ago... Not much else I can think of.

Thanks!
