Looking for a cleaner...

Hey guys I was on here a week or so ago and saw someone had a thread with a certain product to help remove tough grime and dirt around the bottom of the car and near the wheels.

I thought it was pretty cool, but wasn't interested then, but now I am. I was cleaning my car and that grime became very difficult to scrub off and I knew there was another way to fix this. Help point me in the right direction? Or if you know of a product of your own that would help, that would be very much appreciated!
