Just wondering?...

Is there a such thing as the ss m6 purposely causing mild hesitation during the cold engine drive like when you first start it up? Maybe a mild misfire here and there? I was told today Chevy did it on purpose because of EPA. My first thought was fuse pull issues.

What's your thoughts?
