it wasn't that bad and it took me 6 hours by myself to do it. I didn't have to bake the lights but you do need to get into them and that was the hardest part(small area to work in).

From what I've read from their thread, it's a lot easier to take off the bumper and remove the headlights.

I have done five of these installs and it takes me about three hours from start to finish. You are going to want to take off the bumper and the headlights to do it and it is completely plug and play.....They really did a great job with this whole set up. I even have guys who have taken the AAC ones out and put these in. So if you are on the fence about them i would say go for it!

I got it at Jesse's Muffler Shop in San Juan. It's on Business 83 close to where they have the huge flag pole.

It's alright. I have absolutely no rasp. The exhaust note is very deep but quiet. If I were to do it again, I'd have the resonators removed.

If you're not doing anything tonight, 5GCRGV is having an unofficial meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at Double Dave's on North 10th. I'll be there and I can show you my exhaust if you want.

Yes you have to remove the front clip and the head lights. the wiring was plug and play and they have a DVD that walks you thru the whole install.

Jerry, infernostripes is in the 5GCRGV club. I'm not sure if he's going to Double Dave's though. You could always ask him for advice.
