AR Torq Thrust M 18x9

I've seen members with 18x9 Torq Thust Ms. I ordered some with +34 offset and the front wheels barely rub on the calipers. The tire place said it would be unsafe to install spacers. Is this true? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Spacers are fine if done correctly. Don't go to auto zone and buy some from of the shelf. Get some nice hub centric spacers made for this car. Lots of people do this with no problems.

something like these should be fine.

would still recommend hub centric rings as well.

Thanks for the quick reply! Didn't need spacers. Ended up just rounded off the brake calipers a hair. It was snug before now fits perfectly!
Here are a couple quick shots

That white Camaro looks really sharp with those AE Torqthrusts.

Thanks guys! I was debating upgrading the size but I think it looks great and fills out the wheel well nicely. I've already noticed my car is getting a lot more looks than when I had the black heritage wheels. I am considering lowering it a few inches in the future but overall I am extremely pleased with the look.
