Backup Camera Help!!!
when i shift into reverse nothing happens the only thing i see is a light in the morror starts flashing? What does this mean? Did I do something wrong, its almost like the camera doesnt have power....Help!

would it help if I connected the camera straight up to the reverse lights in the harness connected to the tail lights? The display in the mirror never comes on so maybe the mirror display isnt getting power

Sounds like your problem is in the mirror. If you have a small portable TV hook up the Camera's video RCA to it to make sure you are getting video.

okay is the little tv in the mirror supposed to come on no mateer if a camera or anything is hooked to it? because I plugged a little game thing up to it and it didnt work either im pretty sure its not the camera.

My LCD mirror has a power button just for the display Sometimes it can be turned off when adjusting the mirror.

Okay I got a new camera and hooked it up this is what happens. Attachment 418246
