At the time, I think GM said they were going to release some of the SSX parts through GMPP. Don't know if they ever did but that's a good place to start.

I would like to see that concept carbon fiber spoiler for sale that was on display
by GM earlier in the year.

Pratt & Miller did the SSX Concept Car for GM,and Crawford & Crawford Composites did the rear wing for them. But they sale it for around 4000$ if it's still available. That's what i know so far.Cause i wanted to do SSX concept on my ZL1 one day.
Here's some links to help you. http://www.c5racer.com/catalog/2010-...iber-wing.html http://aprperformance.com/index.php?...d=32&Itemid=45 http://prattmiller.com/ http://www.crawfordcomposites.com/ Last edited by Mike535; 10-15-2012 at 04:49 PM. |

does anyone know how this would affect handling. I've heard some people say that it will create downforce in the rear, and therefore lift the front end. Did GM ever release any track data or figures for the SSX? Either way I think it would look BAD@$$

Another issue is that with the stock ZL1 wing I believe the pedestals are too far apart. Also the 52 inch wing is too narrow. Tip to tip the factory spoiler is 60 inches.
