Lightbulb Footwell lighting install & Warranty + Dimmer ?

Just wondering if I install the Adv. Automotive Concepts LED footwell lighting kit on my brand new camaro, will this void the manufacturers warranty?

Also can anyone give me detailed instructions on wiring this kit to the dome light AND a dimmer switch? (Dual Power Control) I saw a video on youtube with the finished product and the lights turned on and off with the dome light when the door opened/closed and it also had a dimmer so the lights wouldn't be so bright when I'm driving. Any ideas on how to wire the lights this way? If so please be as detailed as possible. I'm new to wiring.
