Foam gun question

I recently purchased a used Gilmour 75QGFMR from a member here, the gun did not come with intructions and I cannot find them on line.

My question is, what dilution of water to soap is recommended. Right now I'm using Chemical Guys Maxi Suds, but when that runs out I'm switching to Adams. just mentioning this in case the soap makes a difference.

I usually recommend anywhere from about 3-6oz of soap per canister depending on a couple of things like the soap you're using, you're water pressure, water quality, how mufh foam you want, etc.

Start on the low side...

Go with 3oz of soap... test spray, if its weak or not foaming enough for you, add another ounce and top off with water. Test again.

Repeat until you find your sweet spot and then you have something to base your next use on when you start. At my last house we had excellent water pressure and I could get away with about 3-4oz for really thick foam... my new place here the water pressure is much lower so I increased the soap a little.
