Personal best. Cold air?
Ran the 1/8 mile at great river road raceway on the 2nd of Nov. It was cold and in the low 50's...car ran a 8.07 @ 88.60 mph and backed it up with a 8.08 @ 88.58 mph. Dont know what that would equate to in 1/4 mile times but when the week before @ Memphis I went 12.63 @ 111 mph with
the 1/8 mile being 8.19 @ 87.89 mph.Also turned my best 60' times on stock 275/40/20 p-zero's @ 1.89 back to back.

A friend of mine who happens to be a tuner had his lap top at the track
and he wanted to scan my tune just to see what things looked like.I made one pass with it and he looked at it and said there was a few things that needed to be changed. It showed my car shifted from 1st to second at 5 grand and every shift after was at 6 grand. He also said ( over my head) that it was adding fuel on one bank and pulling fuel on the other. This doesn't sound good to me. Was one pass enough? Do I need more data logging or should I take it back to my tuner and let him check it out again? Once set a tune cant change. right? I have complained that it was lazy in first gear and second was like adding 100 horse power. My car is running good but if there is room for improvement, why not?

You guys should get into the habit of posting whole slips along with tire pressure and other details, would be easier to understand what the car is doing.
I've messed with shift points and I've tried some that didn't work.

Temps in the low 50s would be just about perfect temps if you get a decent hook.
You'll run about .1 faster for every 10 degree drop in temp. Here's an 1/8 mile conversion chart. Your 1/8 mile times would equate to around 12.5s - 12.6s in the 1/4 mile. http://cochise.uia.net/pkelley2/eight-to-quarter.htm |

Not the same car, but last weekend I took my 392 Challenger out and ran similar numbers:
1.90 60' 1/8 ET 8:039 1/8 MPH 88.18 1/4 E/T 12:464 1/4 MPH 112.9 So I am certain you had atleast a 12:50s run for sure.

Yep I'm thinking a 12.45-12.50 in there.
I'll be doing a converter for a follow up to the first article in Camaro Now ("Mods for the Masses"), depending in timing I might go South to do some testing.

Hmmm. Depending on my timing it I might be interested in testing in Dec/Jan but we'll see.
I think BG is open then, not sure where else.
