DDM Tuning HID kit help

Hey guys, I bought a 9006 kit from these guys to use as a test on my wifes Envoy before I put a kit in my car. I've hooked them up and neither one works at all. I was wondering if maybe I missed something.

After that failed I did a 'direct to battery' test and they still won't do anything.

I know the 9006 isn't for our cars but I plan on using DDM for my Camaro too so maybe it is appropriate in this section.

Has anyone used DDM and have any tips or suggestions on how I can get mine to work? Maybe I did something wrong lol. The connectors from the ballast to the bulb are set-up so they only connect one way so I can't imagine I wired anything wrong.

I ordered a kit from DDM tuning on my Colorado when I had it. Alot of GM vehicles require you to flip the wiring because of reverse polarity.

Notice on this kit the two black wires are not together. This was my DDM tuning kit

use this info for assistance as well:

I used to have a Trailblazer SS which is the same platform as the envoy search on www.tbssowners.com how to install HIDs on these vehicles, there is special wiring that you have to play with under the back seats...its a simple fix, i did it 4 years ago when i had it an never had one problem. i wish i could help you more but im getting you off to a good start with that site. good people over there

I'll try to reverse it, but if I clamped two wires off on the inside of the bulb socket prongs (where it would plug into the bulb normally) and then ran it to a battery they should work right?

I guess I'll have to cut them and reverse them?
