Pirelis' do not like the cold!

haha its actually warm here in ohio about 49 degrees was driving the car on some back roads. Nobody was around so i decided to have a little 0-60ish fun and needless to say those pirelis were spiiiinnniiinnnnnggg haha could not catch traction at all. So much fun but i felt my pockets start to get lighter with the rubber marks on the street. Car loves the cold, but the pirelis don't haha

I'm in Pittsburgh PA. and it is 59 here and I decided to take my Camaro to work today. I have a supercharger and I got 564 RWHP. It seems like I just touch the gas pedal and I'm spinning. I love it but I'm going to hate it when I check the tread on my tires.. LOL

Racing is a bummer when Pirellis are cold.

Dont the tire ratings state 55 degrees and up? They are also rated as "Summer Tires" I would think that poor performance at 49 degrees would be a given.

mmmm it's usually about 65 here in the mornings and I can't get any traction on my stocker. Seems anything lower then 75 or so it just doesn't hook up. I try not to look at how much tread is on my tires.....I just know they are usually gone after 8k. lol
