'13 Camaro-Starts fine, bogs down and dies.
I've had my 13 2LT since september, already put 6300 miles on it, and of course with my luck, the damn thing broke down yesterday. I had just backed out of the driveway, started to go, then a LOUD banging noise from the exhaust (I believe) then it died. Tried starting it back up a couple of times, and there was never a hitch in the start, but once on it would just bog down and die. If you babied the throttle you could keep it on, but once you let off, it would die seconds later. I have an INJEN CAI so at first I was worried that maybe it had gotten hydrolocked, but the rain was two days before, and I had driven it quite a bit in that time, so I'm fairly certain it's not that. I also have an MRTv2 exhaust, but it's just an axle back exhaust, simple bolt on, so I also doubt that's what caused the issue. Any of you out there ever had similar issues? I need peace of mind seeing as with the holidays, I have to wait until wednesday before anyone can look at the damn thing.

Make sure your MAF sensor is connected good. It should be the electrical connection that plugs somewhere on you CAI (Not real sure where it is on a V6). I'm don't know for sure but that's what mine sounded like after I installed the CAI on my Camaro and forgot to plug the sensor back in. Worth a try anyway...

Yeah, I'd suspect the MAF as well. First, make sure you have a good one (search for "weak MAF" for info on how to tell). Next, try cleaning it with MAF cleaner (available at any auto parts store).
Also check for vacuum leaks, check all tubes around the throttle body.

I've encountered frozen air filters from condensation or water then freezing temps. Acts the same way.
Don't know if this pertains to your location though..... my 02

Turns out I was getting low voltage from my o2 sensors to the exhaust. All due to, A SHITTY COMPUTER! I've been wondering since the day I bought the damn thing why my gas mileage has been close to about 23 hwy, 16 city, FOR A V6! Now I know why! They have to order a whole new system from GM. Pisses me off that they can't do something right from the get go. Usually when you buy a new vehicle it lasts you more than a couple months, and especially doesn't have such a MAJOR issue. Hopefully they can get this resolved quickly, but with the holidays, they said it would be more likely than late next week will be when it's resolved.

Sorry for the language, but when you buy a new vehicle outright and then it not work right, you tend to be a bit peeved.
