Question tune questions!!!!

so I'm looking at a tune for me 2013 1lt and I really like the trifecta tune with the ghost cam. but I was wondering if there is software that I can get that will put it back to stock if necessary..maybe warranty work Idk... like a tuner that has different settings if you will. a buddy of mine has a tuner on his truck with lots of power settings (1-9 and then back to stock) is there something like this out there? don't need all the settings but something I can change. thanks all!

Yes, the tune can be put back to stock with the tuner you use.

Yes, you can put it back to stock but they'll probably be able to tell what you did. My understanding is the PCM is not like they used to be. They actually keep track of when/what tunes have been applied. So, don't think you can break something and then flash the tune back to stock and expect GM to pay for it. Probably not going to happen.

That being said I tuned my car when it had 3,500 miles on it. No issues yet (knock on wood).
