Brembo's SUCK!!!!!!

When you try to clean the insides of the wheels! :-)

Was used to it being difficult on the 2LT, but these are a real pain. Guess ya gotta roll the car forward.

36 degrees here, washed and waxed today. (lucky enough to have a garage bay at work I can pull it into)

New car definitely has some clear coat scratches in it, guess I will get a good clay bar and detail when the weather warms up.

Are you saying the brakes suck because there big? Just let the inside of your wheels be dirty. I always thought that a big diameter wheel with little bitty brakes looked funny and out of proportion. These Brembo's are great brakes. Little brake dust don't bother me.

you have to take the wheels off to clean them real good and put a coat of wax on the inside of the wheel. the brake dust comes off much easier.

Pic up some ceramic pads. Little to no brake dust!

This I may pay someone to do, I know it will help.

No jack makes it tough to do myself.

And I DO like the inside rim to be clean, may have to adjust my expectations.

Just wanted to vent... :-) not a real problem, just a first time cleaning observation.

Word to the wise... If you drive where there is road salt, pop the pins out of the Brembo's once a year in the fall and put some good anti-seize on them. They will corrode in so bad you will have to destroy the pins and damage the calipers. I had major issues on an '08 Cobalt SS/TC with Brembos.

I purchased a set of Adam's Wheel Woolies.

http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-762-a...ing-tools.aspx

Makes cleaning the inside of the wheels much less of a hassle.

Looks good, but a tad pricey! Adams must have a hell of a profit margin. :-)

I've been using this wheel seal for years, makes cleaning the wheels effortless. I apply it once a year. His other products are awesome too.

Try some 5 spokes 22's....... I can fit my entire arm in between spokes without any issues when it comes down to cleaning them.
