HPS Out of Business?

Does anyone know for sure what's going on with HPS out in Georgia? I messaged him, called him, and apparently the website is down. Are they closed, temporarily shut down, or what?

That is classic HPS for you OP. It takes days weeks to get responses from them. Even when you have the OWNERS Cell phone number.

This was the last post from Chris. He is not a sponsor anymore on the forums too.

Last I heard was on Feb. 1st saying the kit was shipping the next day. Now, nothing. I suppose I'm left.with disputing the charges, and hoping my bank will give me that money back.

Wowwwww!!! He still managed to screw someone else over with his new revamped shop.... Doesn't surprise me. Your best bet is to dispute those charges. There have been 100's of post of people gettin ripped off and screwed over by Chris (HPS) including myself. What's it going to take for people to finally listen and not do business with them.

To all the geniuses that think I bought the kit recently, I did not. I got in on the group buy last May, thinking it would pan out like so many others. I was just more patient with Chris, and in the end that didn't help either.

None of this surprises me. We purchased a car that he had modified. Some of you may be familiar with it, as it was the COPO clone from Thorton Chevy. He bragged about this car, the twin turbo set up, ect on the forums here, do a search.

He would not return my emails or phone calls about this car. I called and ordered a part from him NDA, and he sent it 2 days later, so I still got to pay for the NDA, but part was late and did me no good. The work he did to that car was a disaster. There were a LOT of things that needed to be done so the car would actually RUN.
I can put a list up here if anyone wants to see. It was an absolute mess, and it has taken a couple of months to get right. WEEKS to get fixed. He lied to the dealership he modified the car for, and is dishonest all the way around. It's still not even in my possession yet because of this. We have had to spend an incredible amount of money to have this car fixed.

Thank God for Alivin and Kelly with PCM of NC for being able to sort all this mess out. INCREDIBLE customer service and they KNOW what they are doing.

It's pretty bad when wires are burnt, no PVC at all, hoses and vacuum lines incorrect, a turbo having to be rebuilt because of water condensation buildup, and many many more things. It's my fault for NOT looking over this car before I purchased, but I was too excited.

This guy gets whatever is coming his way.

I got the website to work for a few minutes and then rechecked it and it didn't work.... But if anyone would like the contact info PM me, not sure if I'm allowed to post it for another person/shop.
