Roto-Fab performance CAI

We have recently had several questions from new C5 forum members in regards to our intake. So, we decided we needed to start a new thread covering the basics of our cold air intake system.

Whether this is your only mod, or the first on a long list, the Roto-Fab CAI will not disappoint!!! Aside from it’s killer look, the Roto-Fab delivers!!! Dyno results have shown 15+ rhwp increase. To increase performance, the Roto-fab system uses a large air box volume, a huge filter, short intake tract with great alignment and a good air entry design for incoming air from the grill area. These features allow this intake to be less restrictive than the stock intake. We take great pride in our work here at Roto-Fab and All operations are done in-house from R & D, to manufacturing and shipping. We use very high quality stainless steel clamps and fasteners, high gloss silicone hoses and molded in threaded inserts to help ensure proper fit and overall quality. We also have very thorough step-by-step instructions so installation is a breeze using basic hand tools with no modifications to your vehicle’s components.

Another thing that sets us apart from the competition is the endless options we offer. Whether you like the more “OEM” look, or you’re going for the flashy eye popping look, we can do it!!! Our airboxes come in a variety of powder coat colors as well as automotive matched colors. We also offer a carbon fiber finish as well as the polished stainless air inlet elbows.

Now for some pics!!!

Dont forget to browse our under the hood cosmetic mods as well!!!

Roto-Fab at its best!

EDIT: Since this photo I've gotten the Roto-fab reservoir relocation kit as well as the adm scoop, both great additions to the best CAI on the market.

Roto-Fab is the shit... Good looks and good performance.. I tried CAI and didn't really like the looks and it just didn't seem to perform as good. I sold it on here to a member and he said he loved it but liked the look of the Roto-Fab better but only had so much money to work with..

This was my first mod, and I was very pleased with the fitment, the look, the performance, as well as the sound!

I've had my Roto-Fab intake installed for about two years. Still absolutely love it. Never fails to inspire a "Wow!" When you pop the hood. Or when you hit the gas.
