Problems with 265/35/22 on Fronts??

These are my Modulare 3 piece M22 Gloss Black w/Chrome Lip. Pirelli Scorpion Zero's 265/35/22 Fronts & 295/30/22 Rears.
Has anyone experienced problems with mounting 265/35/22 on the fronts and having the inner tire rub on the shock tower spring plate? The manufacturer claims a +35mm offset is correct, I don't think so.

Those are the same size tires I'm running. I added a 5mm (I think) spacer on the front because the tire was touching, or very close to it.

My front wheels are 22X9, +35mm offset.

Thanks for the information. I was also looking at adding a 5 or 10mm spacer according to some of the feedback I've been getting.
