Engine

This might sound kinda dumb but how do I know if I have a V6 LFX engine or a V6 LLT engine? I have a 2012 ls Camaro. Also whats the difference between both of them? Thanks!

You have an LFX. The LFX has integrated manifolds so you cannot have after market headers. Hoaever the high pressure fuel pump is better on the LFX and it is MUCH easier to tune.

LFX also has a plastic intake manifold, LLT has an aluminum one...

2010 LLT 305 HP
2011 LLT 312 HP
2012 LFX 323 HP

In simplest terms the above. Technical side of it a lot more then I care to know.

Attached is a description of the updates the LFX provides (which are actually quite extensive). Please disregard the "E85 capability," as that does not apply to the Camaro. The only LFX cars that are E85 capable are the "Impala (except PZEV), SRX, Caprice, Lacrosse."

Also, here's a video talking about some of the cylinder head/exhaust manifold changes.
