Paint chip repair

So I bought a used 2010 2SS/RS in Vitcory Red. I have slowly been putting together my paint correction kit. I have come to my next mini project. Repairing all the rock chips in the paint. I have decided to go with Dr. Color Chip kit. My only question is the previous owner seems to have made some crappy repairs himself with what seems like mail polish, lol. What would be the best solution to fixing those? I was thinking clay, wet sanding, compounding, paint repair. Does anyone have any input on paint chip repairs. Sorry for the long post.

I just got the Dr.Chip stuff myself.. I'm afraid to use it though. I'm taking mine to bodyshop on Tuesday for them to paint the gill areas. Let us know how the Dr.Chip shit works...

Most dealers have a guy come fairly often to fix small chips on some trade-ins. If you can locate him and he's a nice guy,he might give you a good deal on fixing some chips in the paint.

I used the Dr Color Chip three differant times, and it most definately did not work as advertised. I sent it back for a refund. Then took the car to a body shop and had him fix my chips. I had generated a few over time so it was worth it to me.
