Water Spots
I just washed my car and noticed a few water spots or acid rain on the trunk and on my Rally stripes can i clay the Rally Stripes also or only the paint wanted to check before i screwed up the stripes.... Thanks

Did you try some wax first? That usually works for me.

You can clay vinyl but it does not respond too well....
