NPP diffuser and quad tips on my 2011

So after the price drop on the NPP diffuser from GMPartshouse I finally pulled the trigger. I went with dual 4" tips. I know a lot of people have been talking about this so I wanted to show a picture of the final product. I am very happy with the result!

I will be doing the ZL1 rear as well. Did you have to get an exhaust shop to bend or add piping to get the proper alignment?

Notagoat: yeah there was some rearranging that had to be done to line up correctly with the diffuser. Mine is the 2013 NPP diffuser but I would assume the ZL1 diffuser would require some work as well to center up.

It is listed step by step on the DIY thread under Stigs thread list.
I put the ZL1 diffuser on my 2011 w/quad tips and the heat shields around the openings of the diffuser. Had to have my exhaust cut and relined to the openings. Other than cutting and welding the tips I did mine myself.

Before you invest in all this make sure the ZL1 diffuser wil work on your LLT. I'm not sure if there is a difference in the V-6 & the V-8 read end fascias.

I havent had a chance to put my on yet, the car is still in the shop for the build. But I have heard it on a couple of cammed cars and its pretty loud idle and going down the road but its a good loud, not a straight pipe rasp.
