Fun and scenic drives around San Diego?
Recently just bought my first camaro! 2011 1lt rs. Have not really taken it out for any long drives yet, and was wondering if any one knows of some roads I should check out. I'm think about pb to la jolla, for a day beech drive, anywhere else?

Check out the California Meets and Events section. They are organizing a cruse to Borrego Springs on August 31st along some really great twisty roads. Its pretty hot out there this time of year but the drive is a blast.

Take a drive to Julian... have some pie, check out the cemetery, recognize the place from the many movies shot there, and make a day of it.

By far Palomar Mt. Rd is one of the best areas in No. San Diego. Another road just a couple miles down the 76 is Mesa Grande little shorter than Palomar but sweet tight road. If you want to make a day out of it hit Montezuma heading out to Borrego Springs. There is a big cruise at the end of August doing that. Think it is Sunday the 31st. The group last year was about 35. So far 20 or so have signed up. Tread post on C5 on it
