Drag radial size??

The wheels I just bought are 18x9.5 just showed up and I have been looking for a set of drag radials. I measured my stock rear tires and came up with 27.4 height and a tread width of 9.5. I really don't want to go any taller and kill any RPM all though the added rollout is a + . I came across the M&H 275/45/18 and the size is what I am looking for. Any one running this size @ the drag strip? I also like the 305/45/18 MT, even though that is a litter taller. Thanks for any help.
