Night fury cam Times
I was just wondering what everyone is making at the track with the night fury cam(ls3) my car is getting fixed up from an accident(drunk driver) and after i got it back i was going to go to the track.
And how much will gears help me out? I have been looking at the 4.10s or that to much? |

Im pretty sure your setup is similar to mine. I ran 13.3@113 babying the crap out of it. If you get a good launch and can shift, theres no reason you wont be sub 12.5. 4.10s I would think can get you sub 12.0. Its all the first 60ft. I left at an idle so my 60ft was like 2.3, which is God awful.

Nah, dont see any reason you wont be. I was 100 miles from home and wasnt interested in leaving the diff at the line. Ive only been once with this car and that was mostly just to see how the car acted at speed. I tried to leave a little harder on the second run, but just spun. Get those tires stupid hot and they may hold on. Our local track is closed down for the time being, but if/when it reopens, Im gonna give it another shot. Backend of car is fully built now.

Yeah, You will def be in the 12s with the NF cam, im in the 12s with bolt ons (l99 though).
At camaro5 fest (in Indy, in the heat and rain), a guy in the n/a class with me had the NF cam and ran 11.98 in horrible weather, M6 too. He had drag radials. |
