Rock Chips?

For those that have put a few Miles on the 1LE, have you noticed rock chips from the over sized front wheels? They stick out a little past the fender and I wonder if they are throwing rocks up?

That's a real bummer.
I understand it's for performance, but guards should have been designed for it from the factory.

Did you find you still needed the Guards even with the Clear Bra?

the front guards only protect right behind the wheel area, the gill area still sticks out and catches road debris, prolly gonna do the rockers too just to make cleaning up the rubber marks from trackdays easier

I got them on mine too. How well are they working for blocking rocks?

No... Still sitting in the box.

I may have a problem with them seeing that I have Zl1 rockers as well, and the rear quarters on the '14 don't roll under like the '10-'13's.

These tires are super sticky and they pick up everything. Ive been Daily driving my 2013 1LE for almost a year and currently have 11k on it. Luckily Window Tint and Paint protection is my occupation . Dont wait, Get it done NOW!!! I should know best, But I waited 2 weeks before I found the time to do my car. Luckily the pitting near the Gills wasnt bad. But Im gonna have to have my rockers repainted and then wrapped since they are really pitted. I ended doing the whole front nose, mirrors, gills, rockers and behind the rear wheels.
