Crap I backed into something....

Long story short I backed into the corner of a plastic toolbox in my garage. NO SCRATCHES, but if you look close theres little divots in the paint where it hit, as well it pressed the bumper in a little but i guess the flex in the paint kept it. I can see where it bent inward.. Its the strip above the plastic undertray on the back bumper. Think I can hit this thing with a hairdryer and fix it?

The best way is to hea it up and push it out from the inside.

I heated it up and pressed in from the top and bottom which cleared it a little bit. I didnt want to damage the paint. Unfortunately there is no way to get at the inside of it without completely dissasembling the bumper (no thanks). :(
