Same size tires all the way around?

I have 235/60/14's on my car now. Would it be ok to switch to 245/60/14's? Do they need to be the same all the way around?

No they do not unless you want to rotate them front to back.

Having staggered sizes "different front size than the rear size" tends to make a 2nd gen stance look better without having to change the suspension height.

I think I saw your car and talked to you a bit at the Route66 Car show in downtown Flag back in September
